Creating invoices

Is Invoqra free?

Yes. You can create, preview, print and download a guest invoice without an account.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Guest mode is the default. Your draft is stored in your browser, not sent to a server by this static site.

What should an invoice include?

Include your business information, your customer’s details, an invoice number, dates, itemized products or services, the total due and payment terms.

PDFs and printing

Can I download an invoice as a PDF?

Yes. Choose Download PDF to create an A4 invoice document. The selected invoice template is used in the PDF.

Can I print an invoice?

Yes. The Print invoice action uses a dedicated A4-friendly print layout that removes the website interface.

Customizing an invoice

Can I add my logo?

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG image under 2 MB. The preview preserves its aspect ratio.

Can I add tax and discounts?

Yes. Add a tax percentage, percentage discount, fixed discount and optional shipping or other charges.

Which currencies can I use?

Choose USD, EUR, GBP, PKR, CAD or AUD from the currency control. Amounts update throughout the preview.

Privacy and mobile use

Is my data private?

Guest invoice details are saved in the browser’s local storage so you can keep working on a draft. Clear the invoice to remove the saved guest draft.

Can I create invoices on my phone?

Yes. The editor and preview stack vertically on smaller screens, and template cards are designed for touch input.
